There are two 501(C)(3) Charitable Corporations that benefit the Senior Living Community. 
The donations made to a 501(c)(3) organization may be tax deductible.

The Eastern Star Homes of California

The Eastern Star Homes of California is the operating fund for the benefit of the residents of our Senior Living community.

The Grand Chapter Endowment Fund

There are two parts of the Grand Chapter Endowment Fund, Restricted and Unrestricted.

The income only from the Restricted portion of the Endowment Fund are used for the maintenance and operation of the Eastern Star Homes of California.
The Unrestricted Fund is used to benefit the residents of the Senior Living Community for the maintenance and operation of the Home and property assigned by continuing care residents.
