The Scholarship Fund provides scholarships in amounts ranging from $500 to $5000 for students attending a four-year college or university and $250 to $1000 for students attending a community college or vocational school.

Eligibility Requirements:
- United States Citizen.
- California resident.
- Graduating High School students; continuing undergraduate and graduate students at an accredited college, university, community college, trade school, or religious institution.
- A minimum cumulative unweighted 3.0 GPA.
- Demonstrate a financial need.
- Strong high school and/or community leadership record.
- If applying for the Eastern Star Training Award for Religious Training (ESTARL) scholarship, the applicant must be entering a theological college or seminary.
- General Scholarships
- Grants scholarships for graduating high school students for their first year in college or university; members of the Order who wish to continue their education in institutions of higher learning; needy students who have been unable to go directly into college from high school; and students who have completed a portion of their higher education but who find themselves in need of aid to continue.
- June Lucretia Barnum, PGM, Memorial Scholarship
- Grants scholarships to students pursuing a degree in forestry management, its related fields or education, and gives special consideration to those with Masonic affiliation.
- Gerald P. Cashion Memorial
- Grants scholarships to students pursuing degrees in Business Administration or Engineering at a four-year college or university.
- Eastern Star Training Awards For Religious Leadership (ESTARL)
- Grants scholarships for religious training to college students or college graduates desiring to enter, or to pursue studies in a Theological College or Seminary. Schools must be accredited by The Association of Theological Schools.
- Thelma Bailey Scholarship
- For members of the Order in California.
- Campbell/Dillon Music Scholarship
- For students majoring in music at a four-year college or university.
- Organist Scholarship
- The Organist Scholarship Fund is established for the purpose of awarding one annual scholarship to a member in good standing of the Order to be used for the purpose of keyboard instruction. The member must use the skills gained from the education provided for the benefit of the Order in California as an Organist for a California chapter.
Please use the General Scholarship Application for all of the above Scholarships except for the Organist Scholarship.

Please download and fill out the appropriate application from the two choices above. Completed applications should be mailed in a 9″x12″ envelope with no staples and single-sided pages to ensure proper scanning.
