  • Wednesday, October 15 – Saturday, October 18, 2025 – Visalia
  • Wednesday, October 14 – Saturday, October 17, 2026 – Visalia

Our business sessions are restricted to members of the Order of the Eastern Star; however, the public is welcome to attend our Informal Opening session (usually held on Wednesday evening); our Masonic Youth Session (usually held on Saturday afternoon); and our Grand Installation (usually held on Saturday late afternoon/evening).

Registration is not required for attendance at Informal Opening, Masonic Youth, and Grand Installation.

Letter for our Out-of-State Guests

We are looking forward to your attendance at our upcoming Grand Chapter of California Annual Session.  Our Transportation Committee is happy to offer our out-of-state visitors assistance, if needed, to and from either the Fresno Yosemite International (FAT) or Visalia Municipal (VIS) Airports, Tuesday October 14th, through Sunday October 19th, 2025 @ noon.

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING HOUSING FOR GRAND CHAPTER
Grand Chapter is quickly approaching! If you have not yet made your hotel reservations for Grand Chapter, please do so NOW so that you can receive the OES discounted room rate. Please note that ALL rooms at headquarters hotels have been filled. There are still rooms available at the other seven hotel properties and you can make your reservations directly with the hotel and receive an immediate confirmation. See “Other Hotel Listings and Booking Information” link below. Please note that each hotel has a different cut-off date for reservations. The earliest is Sept 13th and the latest is Oct 1st. Please do not wait until the last minute or your first choice of hotel may be filled.
Those who have made reservations at the two headquarters hotels via the Housing Form will receive confirmations from the Marriott or Comfort Suites within the next couple weeks.
